When we sat down with these homeowners to plan their kitchen remodel, it became evident that their two dogs were a central part of their lives. So rather than change the dog’s access to the outside when we reconfigured the floor plan, we included a hidden doggy door in a closet designed to look like part of their built-in pantry.
